User at home over VPN... (Yes I know, VPN, call quality, internet, blah blah no QOS... )
They are using IP Communicator, if a call lasts for 20+ minutes at around minute 22-25, the call starts to get choppy and within 30 seconds gets worse and worse and worse until the user has to hang up.
Calling right back, all is well.
Anyone seen this one before? I think i'm chasing a red herring personally, it's over VPN, it could be anything including end user workstation trouble, memory leak, users linksys router not liking the high packet rate... lots of possibilities.
