I can't download PSIRT XML data for my RME 4.2. I have tried to do it from RME and manually. My CCO account is valid and I have partner

privileges but I cant get it to download no matter what I have tried. This is the link I am using to manually download the data:

and this way

If anyone has time to try it and see if it works for them I would appreciate it!!!
