I have installed CUCM 6.0 demo license on WMWare Player; aslo have configured the server and installed TSPs on the clients.
TSP on the computer hosting VMWare Player can work well; aslo can use soft phones.
However on the other computers, TSP have "Directory Login Failed".
The TSP trace log is as below
“ProviderOpen() *ERROR* Directory login failed, Checking username, passwork”.
I check CTI trace log using RTMonitor tool. It's as below
CTI|CCMEncryption::DecryptText (B_DecryptUpdate) (Error Code 524)
Any ideal to solve this one?
