Troubleshooting outbound calls CCUM 7, MGCP gateway

We recently upgraded our phone system to CCUM 7.0

Our Main site is connected via SIP trunk to Verizon.

We have remote branches configured via MGCP across MPLS to the Main Site CUCM.

Each branch has a PRI for all inbound calls (outside company site to site) and local outbound calls.

Each branch is using the Main Site SIP trunk for Long Distance, across the MPLS.

All other branches seem to be working ok.

One branch several times has lost the ability to make any outbound call, local or Long Distance.

Inbound calls are working ok, site to site calls are working ok.

The Gateway shows up as "Status:Ready" in CUCM.

On the Gateway it shows MGCP as registered, nothing in the log

Since I am new to voice, anyone want to share a troubleshooting check list I could go through?

It seems to be something within CUCM, since both local and LD are affected (two seperate paths) and inbound calls are working.

Start by doing a sh controllers [e1|t1] depending on what you have and make sure it's up and running

a Debug isdn q931 will tell you if CUCM is sending the instructions for the call or not

In CUCM detailed traces will tell you the whole process and if it's failing at some point
