Hi all,

I have a customer who is looking to pop client information from a CRM database based on calling CLI and wanted to know if they could use their CUPs to do this. The end users would log into the CRM application and log into CUPc and the idea is that when a call comes in then the CUPc would somehow pass the incoming CLI to the CRM app and pop the client informaiton. Is this possible?

The customer currently had CUCM and CUPs 7.1.
