Hi!
I was wondering if it is possible to implement on demand call forwarding in Unified Call Manager Express running on a Cisco Integrated Services 2811 router. By on demand call forwarding I mean call forwarding that can be enabled by the end user when he/she wants it (by entering some code or something similar and the phone number where the calls should be forwarded) not only when there is no answer, the line is busy or night times. Could you give me some pointers where to search for some examples or documentation? Thank you!

Hi there,
On-Demand Call Forwarding in your example would be done by the user
via the Call Forward All Softkey. This overrides the Call Forward No Answer/Busy etc.
and can be done on an Adhoc basis to Forward calls On-Demand.
Maybe I'm missing what you are looking for??
Cheers!
