VRRP and MAC address issue

We have 2 switches (Switch 1 & 2) on our end and another 2 switches (Switch 3 & 4) on another end.

Tried running VRRP on Switch 1 & 2, but there seemed to be some mac address issue when failing over (Suspect a spanning port blocking issue)

Is the attached setup valid ?

Is there a way to set up redundancy using the 2 MetroEthernet lines.

What is the error you have encountered in switch 1 and 2 and redundancy can be achived by top two switches itself.

I was told there isn't a problem on our end, but rather the problem happened over Sw 3 and 4 which is not managed by us. I suspect that the one of the ports was in blocking mode. Could I be right in my suspicion?

Bear in mind that the Vlan 123 are over MetroEthernet lines.
