Regarding Cisco Call Manager CDR report

Hi


We are having Cisco Call Manger 4.1(3).

We are getting CDR report Manually


How we can get CDR report automatically by extension and by user?


Second how we can get Department Bills report ?


We have enabled it in Automatic Generation/Alert Tab.

But it is showing error as "Data is not available "
