My knowledge of Cisco is practically non existent, but I need to do something. Currently running Call Manager 4.1
We have another application that we use to draw reports from the CDRs, but we are having some discrepancies on this other system.
What I need to do is access the actual CDR's and check the number of records recorded on a specific day.
How do I do this?
I have some SQL knowledge.
Please assist if at all possible.
