Hello.
We are running Unity Connect 7.x. We would like to download a user's messages and put them on a CD for them, but don't want to do this one at at time.(~90 messages) Is there an easy way to do this? With Unity 4.2 this was easy as it was a Windows server, and you just had to explore to the appropriate folder and then copy off the messages. Not sure to do this on the Unity Connect platform.
Thanks!

Hi,
You can setup IMAP access for these user accounts (controlled in the Class of Service) from a client such as Outlook and download the messages that way.
Hope that helps,
Brad

Yeah, I tried using Thunderbird to do this... Thunderbird only lets you download one at a time. Maybe a different client would work better?

You can do IMAP with Outlook.
