I have a seeminly simple question that hopefully has a simple answer.
I have a customer that makes extensive use of call parking. I have the call park slots to recall after 3 minutes to the extension that parked the call. The person who parked the call generally re-parks the call a second time, but the same park number is not always chosen.
Is there any way to configure CME to re-park a call in the same park slot (if its available?)
