Help needed

Hi I was hoping someone could help me, Ive just done a fresh install on Ciscoworks (LMS 3.2) on a Windows 2003 SP2 server, the question is how do I enable start up the service for DCR and JRE?

All help is appreciated

Both and all other required processes, about 65 in total, start automaticaly.

If they don't then your install had failed somehow.

As for services all ciscoworks services should be on manual except the crmdmgdt daemon manager

Maybe upload a pdshow and your install log

Hi,

Ive found the answer to my question, the solution to the DCR and other services not starting was down to the Deamon Manager in Windows not starting.

The issue with this service not starting, was somehow down to the password for CASUSER account being different, so I reset the password. Once this service had started I re-logged back into Ciscoworks and DCR was now started, after approx 5 minutes the all other services start.
