I want to enable the DHCP snooping on 4500 switches (SUP6E), is it must to enable the IP source guard or static ip source guard for static ip address in the network?, as I know ip static source guard is not supported on sup6E.

DHCP snooping is supported on advanced security image, so make sure you have that one, as per :
Here are the steps about how to enable it:

does dhcp snooping required to enable IP Source guard as a must? i read in Cisco document that 4500 SUP6E is not supporting the Static IP source guard at all.
