How to configure different ring tones for internal or external calls

I would like to confgure different ring tones for internal or external calls. Is it possible?. I use CCM 7.0

By default CallManager will change the cadence of the ringtone (somewhat llike a stutter) assigned to a line when an incoming call arrives form a device whose call clasification is set to offnet, but ther is no way to set a completely different ringtone for incoming offnet calls.
