Service Control Application Suite (SCAS BB) SCE 1000 RDR Problems

Unanswered Question

Hello,

I have recently taken over the deployment of the SCAS BB, which includes the SCE 1000, Subscriber Manager, and Collection Manager. If you are reading this thread, then hopefully you already know all about the components of the solution.

I have a successful connection from the SCE 1000 to the CM, though I am not receiving any RDRs from the SCE, thus I can not run any reports against the CM with the SCAS BB.

Can anyone provide a place to look as to why the SCE is not sending the RDRs? I have a good connection between the two based on the output of the show RDR-formatter command ....

SE01#>sh RDR-formatter
Status:  enabled
Connection is: up
Forwarding mode: redundancy
Connection Table:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Collector       | Port  |Status| Priority per Category:                                |

| Host-Name       |       |      | Category1   | Category2   | Category3   | Category4   |

RDR:    queued:         0 ,sent:         0, thrown:         0
UM:     queued:         0 ,sent:         0, thrown:         0
Logger: queued:         0 ,sent:         0, thrown:         0
Errors: thrown:         0

And when issuing a ~pcube/seconf.py --op=list from the Collection Manager, I see the connection up, but no RDRs coming in ...

bash-2.03$ ./seconf.py --op=list
IP              Rate            Peak
-------         -------         -------
10.104.0.115            0.0             0.0

Can anyone tell me what I may be missing on the SCE 1000? Do I need a mapping of RDR tags to Categories? I have RDR categories defined, but no mappings ...

SE01#>show running-config | i RDR
RDR-formatter destination 10.104.0.116 port 33000 category number 1 priority 100
RDR-formatter destination 10.104.0.116 port 33000 category number 2 priority 100
RDR-formatter destination 10.104.0.116 port 33000 category number 3 priority 100
RDR-formatter destination 10.104.0.116 port 33000 category number 4 priority 100

Any help is MUCH appreciated!!!!

Joe
