Cisco ASA 5505 dropped connection

I have setup a Cisco ASA to allow VPN using a client. I have one user who is on a Mac who doesn't get dropped at all and uses the connection every night. I have another user on Windows who gets dropped every 5 minutes. The Windows users is using the VPN Client 5.x to connect to the ASA which is what we are using to connect to our older 3000 concentrator. Can this client absolutely not work with this ASA or should I be using the AnyConnect?

I am checking with the Mac user to see what he uses for a client.

We have an ASA 5505 and I successfully connect to it with cisco client 5.x. I had a user that was getting disconnected on some days and then yesterday he stayed connected all day just fine. I think the problems we are experiencing are with our isp.
