Hi,
We have a UCCX primary server and a secondary server. We have created 8 new CTI ports for new application ported and created a new call control group.The existing 20 CTI ports are working fine.
From the Call manager we can see these 8 new CTI ports got regsitered with Primary UCCX and showing "UNKNOWN" for secondary UCCX server.Any comments please.

Hi,
Kindly confirm the status the unified CM telephony subsystem of the Second server and it should be in service.
Verify if the secondry CTI ports are associated with jtapi_2 user in call manager and if not manually associate them.
You may also check the JTAPI consistency by running the JTAPI resyns(after hours).
