We have couple of roaming users using CIPC to communicate while they are outside the office , the issue is most of them are compalining about oneway communiction , we created new sessions in new pcs and laptops but the issue remains the same , then we also suspected about the bandwidth but any pc connected to UC 520 with cipc with higher bandwidths , the issue remains the same, wechecked about the mute button  but it is unmuted , we run the audio wizard the test completed sucessfully ,whenever we press the transfer button the other end will hear properly .

What will be the reason ?

Access List or firewall setting preventing UDP packets one way to/from the network would be what I would check.

If CIPC registers to the UC500 without issue, but you get one way audio, this means packets are flowing one way, but not the other.

Nothing in CIPC would be causing this.

If the CIPC works fine in the network, but not when remote, this is mostly likely cause. Could be personal FW on the PC or device on the network.

You can look at a sniffer trace to narrow this down...
