anyone know a sql query I could run on CUCM 6.1 to list DNs that aren't associated to a button? I'm trying to generate a list of phones that are using an incorrect button template.
The unassigned DN doesn't give this information. We did a bulk import and discovered several instances where the template was set incorrectly. The DN shows up on the devices as an "Unassigned Associated Item". If we change the phone button template, the DN is listed properly.
You can run the Route Plan Report for Unassigned DNs. In CUCM admin, go to Call Routing > Route Plan Report. Change Find to Unassigned DN and click Find.
