The CME and CUE been setup work fine. But for Voice MAil have some issue here.
There are 2 method to listen voice mail ;
1. Press "message" button then follow the instruction to listen voice mail.
This method work fine no issue.
2. Use "Service" button to listen voice mail.
- Select CME Service URL, then key Mail ID and pwd
- select "personnel mail box"
- select "inbox".
- select "mail" and it shown detail of mail, like number of message, from extension and etc.
- select "listen", error message pop out with "unknow error code 0", pls consult your administrator.
I can't listen voice mail by this methed, event there is vm. then I have to use 1st method without any issue. How to use 2nd method to listen VM ? Pls advice.
