Will the inbox application support showing ANI or Callerid instead of unity connection messaging system or unknown caller in the subject line. I have enabled the TUI to play the ANI but users have no way of screening these messages from outside callers presently.
In Connection Administration, System Settings, Subject Line Formats
change the outside caller messages field to:
%D% Message from %CALLERID%
Once you do that you will see the caller ID in Cisco PCA for outside callers
