How to create an Auto Attendant in Cisco Unity 7.0

Hello Everybody . . .

I´m working with a Router 3845 (dsp farm), Switch 6509 (voice E1), CUCM 7.0 and Unity 7.0. The requirement is to have an Auto Attendat for incoming calls.

Is possible to create an Auto Attendant in Cisco Unity 7.0..??  Anybody has the procedure to make it..??

Design a Call Handler to send callers to multiple sub-level Call Handlers based upon user input.  The main call handler should prompt users to select menu options (kepad input).  Once the caller input is made, the sub-level call handler can provide addtional pre-recorded prompt info, call transfer, dial to end user extension, or deliver to voicemail or whatever auto attendant call routing you desire.  Multiple menu-driven levels can be created this way.  Try to keep the menu options to a minimum, don't exile your callers to voice-mail hell...
