We are required to provide information to management for:
- Call Attempts at Busiest Hour
- Average voice traffic at Busiest Hour (Erlang)
- Average Call Duration (per second)
- Total call duration (per day or hour)
- Total number of call (per day or hour)
We're trying to look for these info in CDR Analysis and Reporting but it seem none of thoes built-in report provide the above information (or we might missed some points). Does Cisco provide a way to configure thoes report to provide any of the above info?
Does anyone here have any idea?
