Calls Statistic from CallManager 4.2

Hello all,

We are required to provide information to management for:

     - Call Attempts at Busiest Hour

     - Average voice traffic at Busiest Hour (Erlang)

     - Average Call Duration (per second)

     - Total call duration (per day or hour)

     - Total number of call (per day or hour)

We're trying to look for these info in CDR Analysis and Reporting but it seem none of thoes built-in report provide the above information (or we might missed some points). Does Cisco provide a way to configure thoes report to provide any of the above info?

Does anyone here have any idea?

None of the reports you're looking for are in CAR, CAR only provides limited and hard-coded reports

You'll need a 3rd party billing server to get that info from CDR flat files.
