UCCX Agent phones

Hello,


I have a customer with UCCX 7.0 installed. The system has been working fine until recently 2 agent phones are no longer receiving calls. They are logged in but the display of the phone shows question marks (??). Has anyone ever come across such an issue?

Where in the phone's display are the question marks? The line, softkey, elsewhere?


Are they able to enter a Ready state without getting an error on CAD?


Do they enter a Reserved state at all?
