i can not access ASDM

I went to a customer has ASA 5510 Version 8.0(4) but i couldn't access ASDM.

here is the configuration

any one can help

First check the flash if you have image of asdm:

show flash:

asdm-615.bin would be the image name may be 611 also depends.

as per the image in flash config boot (its not in your configs)

asdm image disk0:/asdm-XXX.bin

Update you java on machine which you would be accessing the ASDM just in case.

1. the asdm image exist in the flash and \

2. I write this command into his asa

asdm image disk0:/asdm-615.bin

3. in the same day I went to another customer I could access asa throught asdm

so it is not java problem

What interface are your trying to hit? From what IP address?? It could be that you are missing the
http command to allow https access to the ASA.

Can you please provide the following:

sh flash

sh run asdm

Just to make sure things are fine.

Have you tested from a different host to access the ASDM or using the ASDM launcher?
