UCCX 7.0 Enterprise License - Email Capabilities

Hello all,


I am trying to find out what email capabilities UCCX7 with an enterprise license has?


From appadmin, in my subsystems menu I only have Cisco Unified CM Telephony, RmCm and Cisco Media listed.


What I am trying to achieve is for a caller into the system to record a message and for this message to be emailed to the agents. Would this be possible with my configuration?

There is no such thing as an "Enterprise license" for CCX. The product is licensed under Standard, Enhanced, or Premium. There is no email functionality in either Standard or Enhanced. With a Premium (or IP IVR) license, you have access to the email MIVR subsystem which allows you to send SMTP mail from a script.


Starting in CCX 7.0 the Premium license also allows you access to Agent Email. This allows you to queue emails similar to voice calls within CAD.
