All of my access points are currently running...

Software Version - 6.0.182.0

Boot Version - 12.3.8.0

IOS Verision - 12.4(21a)JA

Mini IOS - 3.0.51.0

- Some of them have been having intermitent issues lately. Like some wireless users can not connect to them forcing me to do a hard reset. What should i do? Upgrade Software, IOS? are there monitoring tools for them? Thank you.

Have this WLAN worked before going to the 6.0.182?   You can try the 6.0.188.0 firmware.

Yeah it worked fine. We updated our controller a few months ago to a 2100 series to support more AP's.

Try the 6.0.188.0 and observe if you see any improvements.
