Hi All,

We had meetingplace installed by a third party and they removed the web meeting link from the email template.

We have now upgraded the license to allow web meetings but I need some help in configuring the template to show a link in the email for a we meeting.

I have setup a public DNS record and a static NAT rule on our firewalls so that external users can connect by clicking the link in the email.

Can anyone help.

Log into MPE Administration and then select System Configuration > Email Service Configuration > Edit Master Template. Choose the template you want to modify and keep in mind that each template has an HTML, plain text, and iCal version. All available variables will appear on the right.

Example: For the NotifySchedule plain text template, these two variables form the URL link

$notify_cta_hyperlink_txt $notify_cta_hyperlink_txt_fomat

It is also worth noting that you should have a second SMA server in the DMZ for external web participants. MPE was designed for the internal server to be accessible by trusted users only.
