hi,

just had a new installation of lms3.2. Most of the things are running fine, just a little problem:

we can not launch any application for a selected devices on a topology map by clicking the right mouse button, the context menu comes up, but after

selection the application, eg CiscoView or DeviceCenter nothing more happens, no new window, just nothing.

Checked accessibility, nameresolution of the device already twice.

I know it is an issue with this bloody internetexplorer settings, we are using 7.0.6001.18000 and Java 1.6.0_17-b04), but i can not get it!

Anybody who knows the correct setting?

thx in advance and best regards

Thomas

The problem is your version of Java.  There is a known bug with Java (Sun problem actually), CSCsz16391.  You need to back down to JRE 1.6.0_11, and things will work.

hi jclarke,

its working now.

thx, regards

Thomas
