Unity Connection remove default prompt

After a caller leaves a message they are prompted ' if you would like to try an extension you may do so now ' -  is there a way of removing that? I think its the 'PhGreeting.cde!AfterMsg'  prompt....thanks, Jeff

That's not a prompt - its the greeting for the "Say Goodbye" call handler - by default after recording a message the after message action is "goto say goodbye".


You can either change the default after message action to go somewhere else (or just hang up) or you can change the greeting for that call handler.

Thanks, I suppose the PHGreeting!Goodbye  gives it a way. Obvious really .

Well, it helps if you happen to know we used to name "Call Handlers" "Phone Handlers" many years ago... hence the "PH" in front of things (PHTransfer, PHGreeting).
