IPCCE 7.0 Outbound Option - Transfer to IVR

I need your opinion and help.

I create a Outbound Option Campaign - Transfer to IVR. All of ICM Settings are OK. When the Outbound Option Dialer makes outbound call to the customer through the Local IP Gateway don't have problem. The problem is when the Outbound Option Dialer try to makes a outbound call to the customer through the Remote IP Gatewaywrite in the field CallResult of the table DL_XXXX_XXXX of the Outbound Campaign the number 7 (SIT Tone).

This problem to make a Call through the Remote IP Gateway only presents with the Outbound Option Dialer, because when you use a Cisco IP Phone to make a call don't have problem.

I already check the Partitions and CSS for the Dialer Ports and that's OK.

Check the prefix settings for the dialer and the campaign. It could be the dialer is attaching a prefix that you are not recognizing either in UCM or the gateway. You can debug "voip dialpeer" on the gateway to see if the call is making to the gateway and also what number is being sent.
