RV016 DHCP assigns wrong IPs

I have an RV016 with firmware version The router works fine as long as I manually assign IPs. I have the DHCP enabled and for some odd reason it is assigning IPs that are not even on the network.

The router IP is static ( with a subnet

Why am I getting assigned an IP of on my XP SP3 machine?

Hi Raffi,

If it works with static IP 172.16.21/24 range, then take a look at your DHCP scope on the router.  It probably contains address, if yes change it to
