CW assistant session problem

When I logon to CW Assistant, I login successsfully.

I then clickon onf of the link on TOC, I then get this message : "Default An active session for another user exists. Do you wish to end the session and create a new session?" so I click OK, it then ask me for my current system identify, so I enter the username and password. It then pop up a windows with a message ' Collecting existing server information. Please wait.', then it close the window.

Im using version 1.2.0. Is there a bug on this version?

Go ahead and reinitialize the OpsXML database.  That should restore functionality:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=opsxml dmprefix=Opsxml
