SPA922 with 2801CCME - CallPickup not work

Hello everybody,

I have a CISCO2801 working with CallManager Express and IP Phones SPA922, however, can not operate the Call Pickup, the option does not work * 36.

Could anyone help me?

Dear Tiago;

As you may already know, SPA9XX phones support only basic SIP interoperability with UCME. Basic SIP interoperability is limited to making and receiving calls, conference and transfer. Call Pickup does not work in this scenario when initiated by SPA9XX (It works though when initiated by a CP79XX and the destination of the call is a SPA9XX).

I appreciate your explanation. In my case, incoming call through an E1 link and play on a SPA922, I can pick up the call through another SPA922?
