Hi everybody!, we have a CCM bound to other pricing software through FTP service, this it working well but two months ago this software was changed and now installing another pricing software, the configuration is working well i can see the reports, my question is: in that period two months that is not worked this service can we obtain the file report?, or only when the service is working with this pricing software. Thank in advance.

I have this problem too.

No version, but you mention FTP so i'll go with 7.X

CUCM billing server does hold the info in case it cannot reach the FTP but it's only for network outages, not for that long.

If you deleted teh billing server from CUCM then the info will not be sent automatically, you would need to get it via CLI if it's still available.
