Hello
I have an issue where one of my agents is having issues with inbound calls from the Telco. The call rings 3 times on the Telco side before ringing the FXO port on my router.

Do you have caller-id working ?

Yes Caller ID works when it rings the phone on the fourth ring. The FXO port rings 3 times then on the 4 ring it rings the 7941 phone with caller ID, then it rings 3 more times on the FXO and 4th ring on 7941 no caller ID.

Seems like router is waiting for caller-id to be delivered then.
You can verify that with "debug vpm signal", make sure you have service timestapm debug msec enabled.
There is also an option in "caller-id" to make it faster, can't remember the keyword now.
