If your box has internet connectivity (which it needs for antispam updates anway), you can use the "retrieve license keys" button in the web interface to download the keys. If that doesn't work, check if your network and DNS settings are correct.

If you do not have an internet connection from the appliance, you can enter/activate the keys via the GUI (System Administration\Feature Keys menu) or using the featurekey CLI command. Contact IronPort Customer Support for your keys if you have not received them with the appliance. You need to provide the serial numbers and your customer ID for Support.
