The switchboard user list does not update correctly.
For instance: A user leaves the company, ICT remove the AD account from the Strathclyde OU, then un-assign the extension and delete the user account from ccmadministrator, and perform an LDAP sync, however the user and extension does not update on the switchboard interface.
Additionally reassigning the extension to a new user does not update the switchboard interface to reflect the newly assigned user.
Example Account - Amanda Flemming, No AD account, No CCM account, extension number (6450) reassigned to Angeline Quinn, but Amanda's name still shows up against 6450 on the switchboard.
