Hello,
In my case, outgoing calls works fine. But incoming calls failed: SIP-Trunk to Broadsoft
pls see attached file.
and error:
SIP/2.0 482 Loop Detected
Reason: Q.850;cause=127

Can you get a debug ccsip messages? From the looks of it, it appears the call is going back towards the ITSP.

Do you get the same problem if you dial 520207101?
Looks like you have a different translation rule for that number. 520207100 has no translation profile. Do you want that number to go to AA?

UC500 does not support call routing based on the TO header in the SIP INVITE if that is what you are looking for - UC500 routes on the Request URI which is compliant to the SIP RFC. Routing on TO header is generally not recommended (the SIPConnect spec also calls this out). Please change the Broadsoft config to match that.
