How can I monitor CM 7.1.3 and IP Phones with netmanager 1.1?

I far as I know netmanager 1.1 does not support CM 7.1.3 but I would like to monitor it including IP phones. Currently I can not display any IP phone.

I would like also monitor unity 7.1, Meeting place 2.1.2., Presence 7.0.5

Any idea?

As I'm not sure which netManager you have, I've included the supported device table for both Unified Communications and IP Infrastructure 1.1:

Release notes:

From the web interface, click Go > Devices > New Device --> Enter IP address or hostname --> Click OK to add device.  If the device is not supported per the supported device table, it will not populate .  You can file a product enhancement request for updated device support.

thanks for your info.

I have netmanager 1.1, the supported CM  version is 7.0(1)   but I have CM 7.1.3.

I guess that's why netmanager can not display CM and phones.

To whom I should address in order to request a product enhacement for updated devices??
