I have a scenario where I would like to have a B-ACD with a hunt-group. I'd like the ability for the agents to login and logout of the huntgroup when desired. The only mentioned method for doing this is using the DND key. However, the caveat to this is that DND affects all incoming calls, not just calls within the hunt-group; which is undesired.
Is their a way for users to login and logout of the hunt group associated to the B-ACD without toggleing DND?

I have tried it with BACD, but have you looked at HLog?
Let me know how that works for you.

This link has information on how to add HLog. It is done under the softkey command, in this case number an ephone-template. This like is for configuring conference options, and some of the config is not needed. But, it does give all the informatoin needed on how to add HLog.
See the template that your phones are using, and then add this key to the template.
Note, you will need to see the current softkeys the template is using, and add HLog.
