Logical Partioning

Hi,

Running UCM 7.1.3 and 7911 IP Phones.

Gateway A is used for PSTN calls and Gateway B is used for routing the VOIP calls to other location and all other locations are having PBX.

We need to configure logical partioning so that user shouldn't transfer or make conference ets.. between PSTN & VOIP calls.(we are using 7911 single line IP Phone)

Please help me out to configure  logical partioning.(If u can provide step by step procedure it will be very helpfull)
