Dear all
i have some third party sip phone registered with my callmanager 7.0
my cisco ip phones can dial to my sip phones visa versa
my cisco ip phones users a 9!# pattern to call PSTN.
and my voice gateway is cisco 2811 and also with 9T dial-peer to call to pstn
the porblem is i can not user 9!# for my sip phones
when i am trying with my sip phones call to pstn with 9 pattern i do not have evething recieved with my voice gateway
it means i can not call outside with my sip phones
any idea please

It can be many causes for failed connections. Please describe more details, for example what SIP final response phone receives for INVITE request.
Also check if voice gateway receives request from Callmanager. If yes, check what is the final response. If not, check call routing configration on Callmanager (Partitions, CSS).

OP has CME, not CM.
My reccomendation is to avoid 3rd party phones, and enjoy the consequent lack of problems.
