ACE port-channel number in 6500 chassis

Hello

Does anybody know how 6500 assigns the port-channel number for ACE ?

There is no portchannel for the ace module.

This is a tengig interface.

For example, with an ACE in slot 2.

Thank you for the explenation.

Does this imply the ACE module can only interface with the fabric at 10Gbps?  How is this to function up to the advertised (and license offered) 16Gbps? I'm close to approaching my 8Gbps license.

The 10G name is just a name but the backplane connection is indeed 16G full-duplex to the switch fabric.
