Do you know of any OID values or any other commands. The command you have provided appears to show us information when backplane congestion occurs ?

these are the parameters to look at, speaking of a generic backplane may be not appropriate for a GSR.

I couldn't find a reference but there are cases where if you have a slower linecard you need to apply QoS tools not on the ports but on fromfabric or tofabric direction to avoid problems.
