CUCM 7.1 interface with CA Spectrum Management Software through SNMP v2

I am configuring CUCM 7.1 to interface with CA Spectrum management software through SNMP v2, the administrator of the CA Spectrun Software is asking for the MIBs & OID. From where I can get the MIBs & OIDs and which MIBs & OIDs I should send to CA Spectrum Management software administrator to work it properly with CUCM 7.1.

I have this problem too.

This request does not make sense. MIBs are only a definition file of what OIDs are available as well as what data they provide. I can see why an application developer may be interesting in seeing these; however, an administrator of a wallboard application for a contact center seems odd.
