Is in-queue messaging/announcements is supported with Cisco enterprise attendant console

Is in-queue messaging/annoucement supported with Cisco Enterprise edition ? I mean by that, does the caller hears a music / announced when waiting in the queue ?

If no, is there any tips in order not to let the caller waits hearing a phone ring ( like putting him in hold automatically in someway!)

No. In the Arc product line this represents a different product that was not included in the Cisco OEM releases.

You could use Unity with a supervised transfer after call handlers to give prompts/option/MoH. This would use Unity ports though.
