Got 3 Qs:
1) how do you save the config on N7K, or on NX in general?
2) How to do image upgrade?
3) Do I need to congif STP? and if so, do I need to config a switch as root? & how I can do that?
Thx.

Hey Mohamed,
If you want to use the shorthand for write mem aka wr you can use the following command in configuration mode:
cli alias name wr copy run start
This will allow you to copy the running config to the startup config with the familiar wr syntax.

wri mem is not a valid CLI in the NXOS, you have to use copy run start.
For software upgrade procedure, please check out the upgrade guide.
By default, STP is disabled in NXOS. If you have the proper license, you can enable STP, and configure it to fit your environment.
