ASA SSL syslog 113019 problem

Hi,

I have been testing SSL VPN on ASA 8.2.1.

About 5 ~ 10 minutes after SSL connection is created, I get the following error.

Error ID:113019 Group = DefaultWEBVPNGroup, Username = testuser, IP = 114.xx.xx.xx, Session disconnected. Session Type: SSL, Duration: 0h:17m:27s, Bytes xmt: 778134, Bytes rcv: 173139, Reason: Client type not supported

Does anyone know what "Client type not supported" means?

Any input is appreciated.

Thank you.

Under Secure Desktop Manager/Default/Cache Cleaner, check to see if you have "Launch cleanup upon timeout based on inactivity" checked.  If so,
what is the timeout?

Could you try to increase or disable the idle timeout value set in CSD cache cleaner and see if it helps.
