Hi,
I have two qreries in CDR...
My CUCM version is 7.1.2
1. Can CDR report be exported to excel??
2. In CDR can time details be captured? I can only find Source phone, estination phone, partition etc but at what time the call was made & what was the duration of that, i can't find....
Can someone help me on this......

CSV or PDF only, CSV can be opened with Excel
CAR reports do have time, not sure exactly what report you're looking at.
Refer to the CAR admin guide for details on reports

Hi Java,
Thanks for your help..Can we have billing report fro CDR?..we don't have any 3rd party billing software..

Hi Java, just one question about this topic, Is it valid if I use the files in the "CAR -> Export CDR/CMR" option for billing reports??. Or there are some inconvenients.

Can I customize the CDR report? I need the below 4 fields in CDR/CMR
report for some specific user.
1. DN/User rid
2. Called phone number
3. Time of starting of call
4. Time of disconnection of the call
Another Question: I am in UAE. Can I set UAE currency in CDR so that I
get local currency report in CDR.

No customizing, if you need something else you need a 3rd party solution.
